Ass Kissing is getting out of hand in offices around the world. Does it consider a new trend or competency when comes to promotion, staying in for the job and etc????? I wonder!!!
The next would be the pea brainers are flooding into corporate world which impacting the quality of some decisions made.
I realise a common trend these days, the higher one climb on the corporate ladder, the death of their brain cells occur at a accelerated pace. When brain cells die at a fast pace, guess what - other parts of the body follow suit. That's why the GM and above have executive screening every year to do check and balance (like our car wheel).

Well, with ass kissing & pea brain management around, we would expect more of such 'managers' being groomed because birds of the same feather flock together.
is it difficult to used common sense to work? guess it's difficult cause when someone busy ass kissing, all the senses loss cause this people tend to filter what to hear, what to see, what to smell, worse of all, they know shit!
